2 Step Honey Dijon Chicken
Dinner in 30 minutes, including the cook time! The whole family is sure to love this two Step Honey Dijon Chicken.
- 4 (1 pound) chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless (500g)
- 1 tablespoon oil (15 ml)
- 1 can (10 ounce) CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup (284 ml)
- 1/2 cup water (125ml)
- 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard (45ml)
- 1 tablespoon honey (15ml)

Brown 4 chicken breast halves in 1 tablespoon (15ml) hot oil, in skillet.
Add 1 can of soup mixed with 1/2 cup (125 ml) water, 3 tablespoons (45ml) Dijon-style mustard and 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey.
Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
