  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
  • 4 T. vinaigrette, homemade or bottled - your choice

Throw all ingredients into a large bowl, toss with the dressing, divvy up onto 4 plates, and serve. How easy was that!
