Blackened Catfish

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Sprinkle on both sides of fish.

2. Heat oil in skillet. Add fish. Cook 4 minutes per side.
