Crockpot Potatoes

My mother-in-law and I loved going out to dinner for baked potatoes and salad. It was one of our favorite things to do together. It is such an easy meal to make at home. A way to make it even easier is to cook your potatoes in the crockpot!

Ingredients

  • per person:

  • 1

    large baking potato

  • 1/2

    Tablespoon butter or olive oil

  • kosher salt

  • 10

    inch square of aluminum foil

Directions

Scrub potato and pierce with a fork. Rub with butter or oil and sprinkle with salt. Wrap with foil and place in crockpot, 8-10 hours on low. Serve with your favorite toppings.
