Ingredients
- 2 lbs crab meat (backfin)
- 3 lbs cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup cooking sherry
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1-2 tsp old bay
- salt to taste

Step 1
Melt cream cheese over double boiler.
Add sour cream, mayo, sherry, onion (1/4 of an onion) and powdered sugar- stir together.
Add 2 lbs crab meat, add old bay.
Salt to taste.
Serve warm with crackers or bread.
