Ingredients

  • 2

    lbs crab meat (backfin)

  • 3

    lbs cream cheese

  • 1

    cup sour cream

  • 1

    cup mayo

  • 1

    cup cooking sherry

  • 1

    tbsp finely chopped onion

  • 2

    tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1-2

    tsp old bay

  • salt to taste

Directions

Melt cream cheese over double boiler. Add sour cream, mayo, sherry, onion (1/4 of an onion) and powdered sugar- stir together. Add 2 lbs crab meat, add old bay. Salt to taste. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
