Ingredients
- You will need a 2 quart Casserole Dish, a large Mixing Bowl and a Pan to cook the noodles.
- 1 12 oz. package of Egg Noodles al dente' (cooked but not quite done-still chewy)
- 2 5 oz. cans of Tuna in water (do not drain)
- 1 10.5 oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 C. Milk
- 2/3 sleeve of Crackers (crumbled)
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/4 t. Pepper
- 1 C. Frozen Peas

Step 1
Prepare the Noodles according to package instructions for al dente' (still chewy).
While the noodles are cooking add the other 7 ingredients in large bowl and blend with a spoon. When noodles are done add them to the mixture and gently stir. Being careful not to tear the noodles.
Place in greased Casserole dish and Bake @ 375 for 30 to 40 minutes uncovered. When done, the top of the casserole should be slightly browned. Remove from oven.
If you wish you can sprinkle shredded cheese on the top and place in the oven again until cheese melts. Just a few minutes.
