Ingredients
- 1/2 c light sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 c fresh lemon juice
- 1 T chili sauce
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 bone in pork loin or rib chops (1 1/2 in thick)

Step 1
In lg resealable bag combine the first 5 ingredients; set aside 1/3 c for basting. Add pork chops. Seal bag & refrigerate overnight. Drain & discard marinade.
Grill chops, covered over med heat (or broil 4 in from heat) 12-16 min until thermometer reads 160, turning once. Brush occasionally with reserved marinade.
