Ingredients
- 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs(use all but 4 tbsp. for crust)
- 1 cube butter, melted and mixed with crumbs
- 3 egg yolks well beaten
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 can eagle brand milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (3 small or 2 large)
Preparation
Step 1
Beat yolks, milk, sugar and then add lemon juice. Beat until thick then add the egg whites that have been beaten stiff. Put into pie pan with graham cracker crumb crust. Sprinkle the remaining 4 tbsp. crumbs on top. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in a quick oven.
