Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup veg. oil ( 1 use 1/2 cup)
  • 1 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 bar German Chocolate, grated
  • 1/4 cup sifted confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla pudding mix and veg. oil. Beat until well blended
Fold in chocolate chips and grated German chocolate bar, reserve several tablespoons grated chocolate.

Pour into well greased and floured 9" tube pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 50=60 min. Remove from pan and cool on rack.

Sprinkle confectioners sugar and reserved chocolate on top of cooled cake.
