Oriental Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bean sprouts
  • 2 cups cooked shrimp
  • 1 can Chinese crispy noodles
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • 1/4 cup celery cut diagonally
  • Dressing
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl. Make dressing and mix with salad ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving,
