Ingredients
- 1 can french string beans, drained
- 1 can Le Suer baby peas, drained
- 1 can white corn, drained
- 1 each, orange, red, yellow pepper
- 3 raw carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- Dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop the carrots, celery and bell peppers. Chop the drained green beans. Put all vegetables in a bowl and mix with dressing. Chill for at least 3 hours. Keeps in the refrigerator for a week.
