Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 can french string beans, drained
  • 1 can Le Suer baby peas, drained
  • 1 can white corn, drained
  • 1 each, orange, red, yellow pepper
  • 3 raw carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • Dressing
  • 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Finely chop the carrots, celery and bell peppers. Chop the drained green beans. Put all vegetables in a bowl and mix with dressing. Chill for at least 3 hours. Keeps in the refrigerator for a week.
