Ingredients

1/4 oz Simple Syrup (Sugar & Water reduced to a syrup)
1 oz Peach Liquor
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Sparkling Wine
Orange Rind for garnish (try to avoid the pith)

Preparation

Step 1

Put first three ingredients in a mixing glass/tin. Stir. Pour into a champagne flute and top with the sparkling wine. Wipe orange rind around the rim of the glass and float the rind in the glass.
