Ingredients
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup (Sugar & Water reduced to a syrup)
- 1 oz Peach Liquor
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Sparkling Wine
- Orange Rind for garnish (try to avoid the pith)

Step 1
Put first three ingredients in a mixing glass/tin. Stir. Pour into a champagne flute and top with the sparkling wine. Wipe orange rind around the rim of the glass and float the rind in the glass.
