Firecracker Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1-1/2 lb salmon fillet (no skin)
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all marinade ingredients together. Marinate salmon in sauce in fridge for 2 - 24 hours. Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes or until tender. Garnish with green onions.
