Ingredients
- 4 cans chopped clams
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 stick melted butter
- 36 Ritz crackers (1 sleeve)
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter. Add all chopped vegetables and cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave for 5 minutes. Add drained clams and mix well. Cook bacon till crispy and crumble into little pieces. Add bacon and crushed crackers to vegetables, mixing well. Season to taste with salt. Stir and cover with waxed paper. Microwave for additional 5 minutes. Serve with Ritz crackers.
