Ingredients

  • 1 C. or 2 sticks of Butter or Oleo (room temperature)
  • 3/4 C. (firmly packed) Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 C. Granulated White Sugar
  • 1 t. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/2 t. Baking Soda
  • 2 C. Flour
  • 1 (10 oz.) package of Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 100 Mini Marshmallows
  • 100 Peanuts( Peanuts, Pecans etc.)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
Place Butter and both Sugars (Brown and White) in mixing bowl and with your electric mixer blend them until they look creamy. Now, add the vanilla and egg and blend again. Add the baking soda and mix well.

Next, with a wooden spoon, slowly add the flour (mixture will become thicker).
When it is well blended add the Chocolate chips.

Place a small amount of mixture into a (greased) mini muffin pan. In the center of each muffin place a couple Mini Marshmallows and a couple nuts( We used Peanuts). Bake 10 minutes until the tops turn slightly golden. Cool for 1 minute then transfer to a wire rack until completely cool. We used a teaspoon to help in the removal of the mini muffins.

Now, sit down for a delicious treat with a glass of cold Milk.
