Ingredients
- 125 g pkg cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp freshly minced parsley
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- pinch each of pepper and paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and beat again. Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, green onion, mustard, lemon juice, pepper and paprika. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with vegetables or chips. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
