Ingredients

• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, room temp
• 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 tsp curry poeder
• 1 cup green onions chopped
• 2 TBS sherry
• 1-10 oz jar chutney

Preparation

Step 1

in food porcessor chop cheddar cheese til smooth
add cream cheese curry , sherry

process til smooth

put 1/2 cheese in mold or serving dish

put 1/2 onions on cheese

spread chutney on top

add rest of cheese

top with chutney & rest of onions
