This is Uncle Greg's favorite divinity. Start with a box of fluffy white frosting, and this is easy to make - and will be everyone's favorite!

Ingredients

• 1 package Betty Crocker fluffy white frosting mix
• 1/3 cup light corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1 (16-ounce) package powdered sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Boil sugar, syrup and water to medium ball stage (246°F).

Stir still sugar is dissolved.

Slowly pour over stiff beaten egg whites, beating constantly.

Continue to beat until mixture is no longer hot, about 10 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and allow to cool until mixture holds its shape when dropped from spoon.

Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper. Swirl each piece to a peak.
