Colin Cowie's Truffle Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c white wine vinegar
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 T chopped shallots
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c truffle oil
  • 3/4 c vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, shallots, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in oils.
