Herbed Turkey Breast with Orange Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast (3 pounds)
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice

Step 1
1. Place onion in slow cooker. Combine garlic, rosemary and pepper in a small bowl; set aside. Cut slices about 3/4 of the way through turkey at 2-inch intervals. Rub garlic mixture between slices.
2. Place turkey, cut side up, in slow cooker. Pour orange juice over turkey. Cover, cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours.
3. Serve sauce from slow cooker with sliced turkey.
