Brauts and Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 large can Baked Beans
  • 1 lb bratwurst, in 2 inch slices
  • 1 3 inch cube of salt pork, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Coleman's English Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
  • 3 tablespoons hickory barbecue sauce

Preparation

Step 1




In a stove-top to oven baking dish, saute the finely cubed pork with the diced onion and sliced bratwurst until the onion is beginning to brown. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Bake in a preheated 400°F degree oven for 30 minutes.
