Triple Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds white chocolate
  • 1 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 12-ounce package milk choclate
  • 1 24-ounce jar unsalted dry-roasted peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Melt choclate in electeic skillet on lowest setting or on double boiler, stirring constantly Cool 5 minutes. Stir in peanuts. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool completely. Wrap in plactic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
