Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 3/4 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- tabasco to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of cayenne
- MEATBALLS
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared white horseradish
- 3 drops tabasco
- 2 eggs beaten
- butter for browing
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Mix all the meatball ingredients together and shape into small bite sized balls. Brown in butter and place in casserole. Pour sauce over the meatballs and heat in over.
