Ingredients

  • For each large mason jar...
  • 2-3 cucumbers, sliced
  • 3 cups water
  • 6 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs of dill
  • pinch crushed red peppers

Preparation

Step 1

Let sit in fridge 3-5 days.
Will last in fridge up to 2 months.
