Lavender Pork Chops (Wine Lovers)

Ingredients

  • 4 sm center cut boneless pork chops
  • 1 c Pinot Grigio
  • 1 1/2 T good balsamic vinegar
  • 1 t coarse ground pepper
  • 1 t sea salt
  • 1 t dried rosemary
  • 1 t lavender

Preparation

Step 1

Trim fat from chops & cut each into 2 pieces. Place in 4x6 in. baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients & pour over chops. Cover & bake at 350 for 1 hr. Uncover & continue baking at 425 for 15 min.
