Ingredients
- 4 sm center cut boneless pork chops
- 1 c Pinot Grigio
- 1 1/2 T good balsamic vinegar
- 1 t coarse ground pepper
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 t dried rosemary
- 1 t lavender

Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat from chops & cut each into 2 pieces. Place in 4x6 in. baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients & pour over chops. Cover & bake at 350 for 1 hr. Uncover & continue baking at 425 for 15 min.
