Ingredients
- 1 beef chuck shoulder roast
- 1 envelope (1 oz) au jus gravy mix
- 1 envelope (1 oz) onion soup
- 1 envelope (1 oz) mushroom gravy mix
- 3 cups water
- Assorted vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery)

Step 1
1. Place roast in slow cooker. Combine soup and gravy mixes and water in large bowl. Pour mixture over roast. Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours.
2. Add vegetables. Cover; cook 4 hours more or until vegetables are tender.
