Ingredients

  • Marinade;
  • 1 cup herb and garlic or italian dressing
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 1 large onion
  • juice of 3 to 4 limes, perferable the small key-type limones
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lempn pepper
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ceyenne
  • 1 bay leave
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pound beef sirloin

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients in bowl with meat. Marinade for 6 to 8 hours Cut meat in small thin pieces.
cook on stove until all jices or gone.
3 bell peppers red and green
2 large onions
3 jalpenos
3 garlic cloves, mince
4 tamotes, quarted
add to meat after juices or almost gone. Cook first 4 ingredients until vegetables or almost done and tamotes until heated about 5 minutes. Warm flour tortillas and put a large spoon or more if needed depending how large the flour tortillas is, put chedder cheese (optional)
