Ingredients
- Marinade;
- 1 cup herb and garlic or italian dressing
- 12 ounces beer
- 1 large onion
- juice of 3 to 4 limes, perferable the small key-type limones
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lempn pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ceyenne
- 1 bay leave
- 1 to 1 1/2 pound beef sirloin

Step 1
mix all ingredients in bowl with meat. Marinade for 6 to 8 hours Cut meat in small thin pieces.
cook on stove until all jices or gone.

2 large onions
3 jalpenos
3 garlic cloves, mince
4 tamotes, quarted
add to meat after juices or almost gone. Cook first 4 ingredients until vegetables or almost done and tamotes until heated about 5 minutes. Warm flour tortillas and put a large spoon or more if needed depending how large the flour tortillas is, put chedder cheese (optional)
