Ingredients
- 2 lb. small potatoes
- 1 C. milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 C. shredded cheddar
- cooked crumbled bacon
- scallions
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Cool slightly, then peel. Heat milk with butter. Mash potatoes with milk mixture and stir in cheddar. Top with bacon and scallions.
