Ingredients
- 1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 c. powdered non-dairy creamer
- 1 c. French vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy creamer
- 2 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 1/2 c. unsweetened instant tea
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla creamer, sugar and instant tea. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. In a blender or food processor (or coffee grinder), blend small amouts at a time until mixture is the consistency of a fine powder.
You may also add nutmeg, allspice and/or white pepper to spice it up.
