Ingredients
- - salmon fillet
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 - 1 orange, sliced thinly in rounds
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat grill pan until hot. Place salmon in pan.
Slice up half of the orange in thin rounds. Place on top of the salmon. Mash up the rest of the orange. Place around the orange slices on to of the salmon.
Pour red wine all over the salmon.
Cook over stove, for about 10-15 minutes.
