Asparagus - Baked 'Au Gratin 'Swiss'

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup H2O
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1- 1/2 lb Asparagus - trimmed
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 oz Swiss Cheese - shred3
  • 1/4 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbs Butter - melted

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Heat oven to 400°. Bring 1/2 cup H2O to boil in 10" skillet; add Asparagus. Cook 2 min.; drain.
2.) Place in 10x 6" baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, sprinkle over Asparagus. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is lightly browned.
