Creamed Chicken Breast

  • 2 lb. Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 Cups Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Pkgs. Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • Salt & Pepper to taste



Step 1

Arrange chicken in a buttered 9 x 13 inch baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix soup and sour cream together; spread over chicken. Mix butter with crackers and spread on top of soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
