Warm Winter Lemon Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg 2 layer yellow cake
• 2 cups cold milk
• 2 pkg jello lemmon instant pudding
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F
Prepare cake mix as directed on package
Pour into greasted 13x9 dish
Pour milk & water into large bowl
Add dry puddin g mixes, granulated sugar.
Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes
Pour over uncooked cake batter
Place cookie sheet under pan to catch any sauce
Bake minutes to hour
Cool minutes
Sprinkle with icing sugar
