Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 lb bag small red potatoes
  • 1 med onion
  • Regina red wine vinegar
  • Hellmans mayonaise

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse potatoes, leave skin on. Place in large pot cover and boil. Drain onto paper towels. Refrigerate until cool. Peel potatoes, and slice thin. Add onion, periodically adding wine vinegar to taste, and mayonaise to taste. Cover tightly, refrigerate.
