Ingredients
- 6 to 7 oz. Water
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 2 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Skim Milk
- 1/4 cup Wheat Germ
- 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Yeast
- 1/4 cup Cornmeal
Preparation
Step 1
Measure all ingredients except the cornmeal in Bread Pan with Kneading paddle.
Press Menu and select Dough setting and press Start
When finished remove from Bread Pan.
Roll dough 1/4" thick.
Cut 2 1/2 to 3" Circles
Sprinkle cornmeal over one side of flat surface
Place muffins cornmeal side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat frying pan to 250 F.
Cook for about 8 minutes then turn & cook other side for 8 minutes.
Then serve
