Ingredients
- 1 bag shredded cabbage and carrot coleslaw blend - (16 oz)
- 2 apples cored and diced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw blend, apples, raisins, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard. Refrigerate, covered, until the flavors are blended, at least 1 hour.
