Ingredients

  • 1 lb venison (or other lean meat)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 sm diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp oregano or basil
  • 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • dash of hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbls Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup milk or 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400

Mix all indgredients and shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs

Place on baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes
