Portobello Mushrooms with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • 1 tblsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic (use garlic powder)
  • 4 fresh portabella mushroom caps
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix oil, vinegar, oregano, thyme, salt, & garlic
in large glass or plastic bowl
2. Add mushrooms
3. Turn to coat with marinade
4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
5. Remove mushrooms from marinade (mushrooms
will absorbe most of the marinade)
6. Grill mushrooms 4 inches from medium heat for
8 - 10 minutes or until tneder
7. Sprinkle with cheese
