Ingredients
- 1 lb hmb
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 pk taco mix
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 9 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 c chkn broth
- 1/2 c tom sauce
- 1 - 10 oz can old el paso enchilada sauce
- 1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans pinto beans drained, 1 can whole kernal corn, drained, 1 can green chilis

Step 1
brush inside of crock pot with spray. in skillet brown hmg w onion, stir in taco mix,salt and pep. place 3 tortiallas in bottom of cooker. top with beef mix, broth, tom sauce and enchilada sauce. sprinkle with 1/2 c cheese.layer 3 more tortillas top with beans, corn, chilies and 1/2 c cheese. top w 3 more tortillas sprinkle with 1/2 c cheese. cook on hi 3 hrs or lo 6 to 7 hrs uncover last 30 minutes.....yummmmmm
