MANICOTTI MADE WITH CREPES

  • CREPES:
  • 4 4 4 eggs
  • 1 1 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 1 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 1 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

FILLING:

1 quart ricotta cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper





Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Grease large baking pan. Cover bottom with tomato sauce. Place spoonful of filling in center of each crepe and curve edges around filling to form a tube. Place crepes in single layer with seam side down on the sauce. Cover each with a spoonful of tomato sauce. Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Makes about 18 manicotti
