Butterscoth white chocolate browines

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c of butter
  • 6 oz white chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c + 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 3/4 c toffee bits

Preparation

Step 1

1. On a double boiler melt the butter and the chocolate.
2. In a separate bowl whip the sugar, eggs and vanilla until it's doubled in volume and looks lighter in colour.
3. In another bowl stir together the dry ingredients.
4. Add the chocolate butter mixture to the wet ingredients - whip - now add the dry ingredients and continue whipping.
5. Add 3/4 c of toffee bits.
6. grease a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 35 minutes in a 350 oven.
