Ingredients
- 2-10 oz. packages frozen strawberries
- 2-3 oz. packages strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1-8 oz. package cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Thaw frozen strawberries. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add strawberries and pineapple. Pour 1/3 of mixture in a 9 inch square dish. Refrigerate until firm. Mix sour cream and cream cheese and spread on top of firm layer. Add remaining gelatin and refrigerate until firm.
Amount: 9 servings.
