Ingredients
- 2 Egg Whites
- dash of Salt
- 1/4 t. Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 C. White Sugar
- 1 1/2 C. Coconut Flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add salt, vanilla, and sugar, beating until very stiff and glossy. Fold in coconut; drop by rounded teaspoon about 2" apart onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake @ 325 degrees for about 20 minutes or until set and lightly brown.
