    Egg Whites

  • dash of Salt

  • 1/4

    t. Vanilla Extract

  • 2/3

    C. White Sugar

  • 1 1/2

    C. Coconut Flakes

Directions

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add salt, vanilla, and sugar, beating until very stiff and glossy. Fold in coconut; drop by rounded teaspoon about 2" apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake @ 325 degrees for about 20 minutes or until set and lightly brown.
