Pineapple Fluff

Ingredients

• 1 (1-ounce) package sugar free instant vanilla dry pudding mix
• 1 (15-ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
• 1 (12-ounce) container reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed, divided

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and pineapple with juice. Fold in one-third whipped topping at a time and mix lightly. Pour mixture into 8 dessert dishes.
Refrigerate until pudding sets.
