Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt1 cup fat free milk
- 1 egg4 tsp unsalted butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 400F
Spray muffin tins with pam or use liners
Combine all dry ingredients
Combine all wet ingredients
Add dry to wet
DO NOT OVER MIX
Bake 20-25 minutes
Cool in pan on a rack for 5 minutes
Berry Muffins - Add 3/4 cup berries to batter
Sweet Muffins - Substitute Dark or Maple Syrup for the granulated sugar
