Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 3 TB melted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 bar paraffin

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Shape into small balls. Chill one hour.

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler over low heat. Once balls have chilled, coat them in chocolate. Remove with a toothpick or chop sticks onto waxed paper.

Serve in small petit fours cups for a pretty presentation.
