Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup soy
- 2 star anise
- 2 tbsp tea
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 strips dried tangerine peel
Preparation
Step 1
Eggs in pot, fill with water to cover eggs by 1 inch.
Bring to boil. Lower heat & simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove eggs (leave water)
Cool eggs under running water. Tap eggs. Return eggs and other ingredients to water. Bring to boil, turn to low.
Cover & simmer 2 hours.
