chocolate bark: prepare marble bark as directed, omitting white chocolate. use 12 squares bakers semi sweet chocolate or 3 pkg (4oz ea) bakers Germans sweet chocolate.

Ingredients
- 6 squares bakers semi sweet chocolate
- 1 pkg (6 squares) bakers premium white chocolate
- 1 c toasted chopped nuts or bakers angel flake coconut *
- *toast in baking pan in 350 oven 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Preparation
Step 1
1) microwave semi sweet and white chocolate in separate bowls on HIGH 2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. stir until completely melted.
2) stir 1/2 c of the nuts or coconut into each bowl. alternately spoon melted chocolate onto wax paper lined cookie sheet or tray. swirl chocolates together with knife to marbleize.
3) refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. break into pieces.
